The journey to awakening and Enlightenment is rigorous and takes brave action on your part. However, Enlightenment gives you tools that you can apply to living in balance, living authentically and living successfully. Enlightenment offers ways to calm the mind and direct it into productive manifestations. But, like all things in life, it takes practice. Consider practicing anything for at least three months before giving up on it.
Each week I tap into the collective and the flow of energy on Earth and want to share with you. In my morning meditation, I heard you would benefit from reciting a positive mantra to help keep the mind focused. A wandering mind causes distractions and pulls you off-center. When you are off-balance, you start to believe what the ego-mind is saying. But, that feisty ego is a good liar and has a few control issues. It takes effort to remain steadfast to goals and intentions. I hope you have set monthly and weekly goals for yourself. Accomplishing goals is good for the ego. It adds a boost to self-esteem and gives you the drive to keep moving forward.
