Preparation
Always be in a quiet place and in a location where you won’t be disturbed by family or pets. Do not listen while driving.
You should listen to one recording at a time, give yourself two days to integrate, listen to the next one, etc. Continue listening to the audio MP3s for four to six weeks and after that, when needed to refresh the healing. You’ll know the patterns cleared when you forget to listen to the recording after four weeks.
