If you’ve been on a spiritual path for a few years, you’ve heard the words I Am That I Am or I Am Presence.
When you say, I AM, you are not operating out of your separate self. A separate self happens when fear, anger, hurt, and unworthiness are present. In other words, you become separated from your whole self (totality of being) when you play with fear or hurt. The mind doesn’t fluctuate in I AM. The mind is still and present.
I Am That I Am means the totality of being or the ocean of consciousness, the entire universe and of all that is the Self.
