Have experiences but don’t attach anything to the experience. Don’t judge the experience. It’s simply an experience. Once you judge the experiences, you’ve taken it from being pure consciousness into the duality (ego mind) and created separation. We like to put meaning onto everything. Meaning is an attachment on the experience.
Most often judgment clouds experiences. It causes you to feel a certain way and sways thoughts to think in duality: good vs bad, negative vs positive. As you start to believe the thoughts you make them real. Then you identify these real experiences and place more judgements upon them. Before you know it there’s a entire story wrapped around one experience.
The basis of suffering are judgements placed on experiences. See if you can remain neutral through experiences. Keep the focused in the hear and now. Enjoy experiences. When you can do this you’ll begin to unhook from the suffering of life.
