Recite the mantra “I Am Present.” Be mindful and stay in the moment. Especially in relationships and at work. Reciting mantra keeps your mind focused and eventually you’ll become present. The Buddhists believe that mantra needs to be said at least 10,000 times, of course, who wants to count?
The point being with mantra is that it isn’t said once or twice. It won’t work. You want to shift your mind around to the mantra phrase to keep yourself present.
Notice how you feel and the changes in yourself while you recite the mantra and afterward. See if you can remain present without the mind going to the past or future. Notice how you feel. Don’t forget to sign up for the Kind Heart Sangha Here.
