Unresolved emotions overtime play havoc on your body. Stuffing emotions is a common way not to deal with life. Instead, we often put situations “on the back burner.” Saying things like, “This is not for me” or pushing situations and people away. When something occurs it’s best to handle it right there and then. This takes courage. Also, it takes you to look at your part in the situation.
It’s best to own, and take responsibility for your part in any situation. If you are wrong say so. If the other person is correct say so. Stop holding grudges. Calm the mind and heart. Calming the mind can be done in meditation or through active healing sessions.
